Position Title: Clover POS / Payment Systems Support

Duration: 1 year
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay rate: $50 - $55/hour on W2 All Inclusive
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
The contractor will support Clover point-of-sale devices across 7 City departments. This is not just a general help-desk position—the person needs to be comfortable working with POS hardware, payment systems, applications, networking, and user access.
A contractor is needed to support Clover point of sale devices used by 7 departments throughout the City. The tasks will include: configuring clover devices, decommissioning old clover devices, managing user access, troubleshooting clover devices when issues arise (ex. error messages, network, battery), escalation of clover issues to Client, support of the Clover.com application, support of the Invoiss.com application, and support of the Client payment gateways for payment card devices and software systems.
