This is an execution-focused role, requiring someone who can design, build, configure, and implement workflows end-to-end, not just document requirements.

Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)
Work Schedule: 40 hours/week
Work Model: Onsite (up to 100%; minimum 50% required)

Responsibilities
- Analyze and break down manual, spreadsheet, and paper-based workflows
- Design, build, and configure workflows, approvals, and system logic
- Translate business requirements into system configurations (not just documentation)
- Consolidate multiple tools into a single system of record
- Define approvals, dependencies, and operational flows
- Drive end-to-end implementation (discovery → build → deployment)
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions and ensure adoption
- Support implementation timelines and hands-on execution
- Proven experience in business process transformation and workflow implementation
- Hands-on experience converting Excel/manual processes into system workflows
- Direct experience building/configuring workflows in a system
- Ability to demonstrate end-to-end implementation ownership
- Strong stakeholder communication and execution skills
- Experience working in fast-paced or unstructured environments
- Experience with workflow platforms (e.g., AeroSimple, CRM, ERP, or similar systems)
- Background in operations, public sector, transportation, or aviation environments
- Exposure to compliance-driven environments
- Light project management or coordination experience
