This is a Linux-first infrastructure role. Candidates must have hands-on RHEL administration experience.

Job Summary
Tryfacta is seeking a Linux Administrator (RHEL) for a contract opportunity. This is a hands-on, Linux-centric infrastructure role focused on enterprise system administration, troubleshooting, and support of critical IT infrastructure systems.
Position Details
- Position Title: IT Infrastructure Administrator III
- Location: Los Angeles, CA 90012
- Duration: Up to 6 months
- Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday (Onsite, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM) Alternating Fridays Off
- Perform Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration, including troubleshooting, patching, and system maintenance
- Support and manage SAN/NAS storage systems
- Execute enterprise backup and restore operations
- Perform Azure IaaS design, migration, and administration
- Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and resolve infrastructure issues
- Install updates, patches, and configuration changes across Linux environments
- Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Provide documentation, system analysis, and infrastructure optimization
- Support server administration across Linux-based enterprise environments
- Hands-on RHEL administration experience (patching, troubleshooting, system support)
- Experience with SAN/NAS storage environments
- Experience with enterprise backup and restore solutions
- Experience with Azure IaaS (design, migration, administration)
- Strong experience in Linux/Unix system administration (production environments)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues independently
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift (container environments)
- Experience with HPUX administration or support
- Exposure to VMware and Windows Server environments
