Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Performs general maintenance work in the upkeep of buildings, grounds and associated equipment
- Maintains the facility floors by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, stripping, buffing and waxing as needed as well as routine washing, wiping or dusting furniture, windows and related equipment.
- Maintains facility restrooms and supplies and properly disposes of trash
