Position Title: Mechanical maintenance

- HVAC Maintenance & Repair
Perform installation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems to ensure efficient and safe operation. - Plumbing Support & Repair
Handle basic to intermediate plumbing tasks, including leak repairs, pipe fittings, fixture replacements, and system inspections to maintain proper water flow and functionality. - Electrical Work & Maintenance
Assist with electrical repairs, wiring checks, lighting replacements, and troubleshooting electrical issues to ensure all systems operate safely and reliably. - General Mechanical Trades Support
Perform a variety of mechanical maintenance tasks as needed, including equipment servicing, minor repairs, and supporting other mechanical trade activities across the facility.
