Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with an Am Law 100 firm in its search for an Administrative Assistant to support its Affordable Housing practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to attorneys within the Affordable Housing practice group
- Coordinate and maintain attorney calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist with document preparation, proofreading, formatting, and closing checklists
- Process expense reports, dictation, and client correspondence
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and internal staff
- Prioritize incoming requests and manage shifting deadlines effectively
- Support transactional and closing processes with strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- Prior law firm administrative experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting Affordable Housing, Real Estate, or other transactional legal practices is highly desired
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong proofreading and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Comfortable learning and utilizing legal technology systems
- Ability to work onsite in the Pittsburgh office
Compensation
Expected compensation for this position is anticipated to fall within the range of approximately $60,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and relevant law firm background.
