Key Responsibilities
- Receive customers and accurately document vehicle concerns
- Build repair orders and present technician findings
- Help customers prioritize maintenance and repairs
- Maintain communication throughout the repair process
- Coordinate daily workflow with technicians and management
- Support a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Earnings & Structure
Base salary plus uncapped commission
Expected annual income: $60,000 – $120,000
Top performers earn $5,000 – $10,000 monthly
