What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Smog Technician / Automotive Technician who:
- Has a strong sense of urgency
- Takes ownership of their work

- Can perform accurate diagnostics efficient repairs Is comfortable with smog inspections

Responsibilities
- Perform smog inspections and Repair Vehicles
- Complete diagnostics and repairs efficiently
- Perform courtesy inspections (5–15 min expectation)
- Submit accurate parts lists notes in Techmetric
- Maintain quality control – no comebacks
- Communicate clearly with service advisors

Pay Structure
- Base: $33.80/hr
- Performance Pay: Up to $38-45 /hr
- Paid based on productivity efficiency
- No cap for top performers
