Day Camp Office Administrator
Camp Thayer is a seasonal co-ed day camp that runs from June 15 - August 7, 2026, with a wide variety of daily schedule options, providing children ages 3.9 to 14 with an engaging and stimulating setting where they can actively enjoy the summer.

What you will do: |
- Assist the Director/Assistant in the daily operations and clerical needs
- Handling registration, parent, and staff communication
- Ensure a warm, welcoming, high-quality camp experience

Who we are looking for: |
- One to two (1-2) years of experience in an office
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must be at least 21
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment and respond calmly and effectively in emergencies.
- Enforce and follow camp rules, regulations, and policies.

COMPENSATION: |
- $1,000 - $1,500 Weekly
- 30 hours per week
