Camp Thayer is a seasonal co-ed day camp that runs from June 15 - August 7, 2026, with a wide variety of daily schedule options, providing children ages 3.9 to 14 with an engaging and stimulating setting where they can actively enjoy the summer.

• Oversees all aspects of the aquatics program, which includes 2 pools
• Responsible for overseeing staff training, swim lessons, and free swims. 
• Ensure a warm, welcoming, high-quality camp aquatic experience

• One to two (1-2) years of experience in the area of Aquatic pool or waterfront direction
• Must have prior lifeguarding experience, preferably as a Head Lifeguard at a pool or open water swimming area
• Must be at least 21
• Must be in compliance with the American Red Cross or an affiliate, fully certified in First Aid, CPR, and water safety. 
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment and respond calmly and effectively in emergencies. 
• Enforce and follow camp rules, regulations, and policies. 

• $1,000 - $1,500 Weekly
• 35 hours per week
