Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 years of Telemetry Float Pool experience.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac Telemetry experience required. Must have experience titrating and managing cardiac drips.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: Med Surg/Tele units with cardiac drips. Adult and geriatric patient population.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend/holiday. Must have flexibility to start four (4) hours prior to scheduled start time or four (4) hours after scheduled start time based on limited critical department need.
Floating Requirements: Float to all inpatient units, including ER boarders, as needed.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
