Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
In order to receive travel rate, the clinician’s claimed residence must match the address on the driver’s license.

Required Credentials: Driver’s license is required for RNs, LPNs, and PTs working on a compact license. Ascension EKG Exam is required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, with only 2 attempts allowed; updated every 3 years. Ascension Core Competencies Exam is required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization; must be completed within one year of start and updated every 3 years; only 2 attempts are allowed. Ascension Pharmacology Exam (Pharmacology 1 or 2) is required during onboarding before start and must be updated every 3 years thereafter; minimum passing score of 80%; only 2 attempts are allowed. Ascension Medical Surgical Exam is required during onboarding before start and must be updated every 3 years thereafter; minimum passing score of 80%; only 2 attempts are allowed.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
Unit Details: The unit cares for orthopedic and neurological patients.
