Shift & Scheduling: Weekend rotation: Every other. Voluntary call. Holiday Expectations: One major and one minor seasonal holiday per policy
Required Skills/Experience: Cerner or EPIC (EMR) experience. Two years in a level 3 NICU.

Special Requests: Travelers who are new to the facility or return travelers who have been gone for 1 years will have 24 hours of classroom time and 24 hours on the unit. Rehires: orientation will depend on last date here.
Floating Requirements: Any like unit/patient location. NICU therapists will also work with adults
10 days maximum time off. - 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.
- Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.
- Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

- NICU: Ground transports, Nitric Oxide administration, transport experience preferred
- Must be able to work independently in a level 3 NICU

- Oscillator (3100A)
