This is not your typical admin job—you’ll play a critical role in helping us connect with potential clients, track meaningful data, and keep projects moving forward. What You’ll Do
- Reach out to warm leads by phone and email to schedule client meetings
- Take thorough notes during internal meetings and capture key action items
- Update and maintain our internal tracking tools, including:
- TARR (The Annual Referral Rate™) – monitoring monthly client referral activity
- TRF (The Relationship File™) – documenting important client relationship details
- Keep reports accurate, organized, and easy to access
- Support the CEO by managing follow-ups and ensuring no details slip through the cracks
- Track client acquisition activity and report on progress
Who We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree or higher required
- Degree in Mass Communication or a closely related field (Corporate Communication, Strategic Communication, Communications Management, Marketing Communications, Journalism, Contemporary Communications, etc.), or currently pursuing one
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills—comfortable speaking on the phone, in person, and over email
- Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Tech-savvy and able to pick up CRMs, spreadsheets, and digital tools quickly
- Independent and proactive—you see what needs to be done and do it without being asked
- Professional, discreet, and reliable with sensitive client information
Position Details
- Status: W-2 Employee
- Hours: 10–15 per week
- Location: Hybrid – must be available for in-person meetings in Towson, MD
- Compensation: Entry-level starts at $20/hour, with higher compensation available based on experience and qualifications
