The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Partner Sales Manager to own and scale a channel-led revenue motion across the Salesforce and MuleSoft ecosystem.
You’ll work directly with field reps and consulting partners to drive integration and migration projects typically ranging from $100K to $150K, with a $1.5M annual quota.

What You’ll Do
- Build and manage high-value relationships with MuleSoft and Salesforce field reps.
- Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced deals from consulting partners and SIs.
- Own a $1.5M quota across integration and modernization projects.
- Lead co-selling motions, joint account planning, and pipeline reviews.
- Enable partners, run workshops, and accelerate deal velocity through tight GTM alignment.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering to refine technical positioning.
- Serve as the first channel hire, laying the foundation for a scalable partner ecosystem.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience co-selling with MuleSoft or Salesforce field teams.
- Background in consulting, systems integration, or professional services (Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom, Apisero, Avio, Silverline, etc.).
- Strong understanding of APIs, integration workflows, and enterprise IT buyers.
- Previous quota ownership in channel sales, alliances, or partner-led revenue motions.
- Ability to work hands-on, move quickly, and operate in early-stage environments.
- Comfortable working on-site with product and GTM leaders.
Compensation & Structure
- OTE: $280K–$320K
- Base Salary: ~$140K–$160K
- Commission: 50/50 split (uncapped)
- Deal Sizes: $100K–$150K
- Quota: ~$1.5M
