What You’ll Do
As a Member Service Center Representative, you’ll play a vital role in our members' financial journeys by:
- Providing exceptional service for inbound and outbound member inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Troubleshooting member issues and delivering effective solutions.
- Verifying member information and maintaining accurate records.
- Promoting and cross-selling products to meet members' financial needs.
- Proactively staying updated on Trumark products, services, and training programs.
- Assisting with new product or procedure implementation and completing additional tasks as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Six months of call center or branch experience with a financial institution preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of banking principles and customer service standards.
- Availability: Flexible schedule to meet the hours of operation (Mon-Fri: 7:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; Sat 8:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.).
