As a Community Service Representative Manager, you will oversee and motivate a team of frontline ambassadors who engage residents, businesses, workers, and visitors throughout Center City. This is not a desk-bound management role—this position requires working outdoors daily, coaching staff in the field, coordinating operations, and responding proactively to issues as they arise.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Community Service Representatives, setting clear expectations and fostering accountability and high performance.
- Coordinate field operations and public outreach across assigned service areas to ensure visible, welcoming, and effective ambassador coverage.
- Support and develop a team delivering exceptional customer service, problem-solving assistance, and place management services.
- Identify and respond to community relations and public safety concerns, collaborating with internal teams and city agencies as appropriate.
- Conduct field supervision, review reports, monitor service quality, and provide ongoing training and support.
- Build strong relationships with businesses, property staff, residents, and community partners.
- Ensure staff compliance with safety protocols, policies, procedures, and equipment standards.
- Support data collection, surveys, reporting, and operational problem-solving efforts.
- Maintain certifications, including CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
