We are currently seeking a top notch individual to join our Corporate Office Payroll Department in Tucson, Arizona.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data entry of employee payroll and benefit information including time sheets, new hires, deductions, direct deposit, address changes etc. as well as entry into various benefit carrier websites
- Produce, file and balance various payroll reports
- Benefit uploads to vendors
- Respectful interaction with employee's resolving any payroll and benefit issues
- New hire benefit enrollments
- Sharing of responsibility for backup coverage to the Payroll/Benefits department when needed
- Maintain employee confidence and confidentiality
- Various additional tasks as assigned
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS:
- Computer literate; strong in Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as work as a member of a team
