Financial Accountant
Our client is an organization in the Waukesha County area that's looking for a
Financial Accountant.

The salary for this position is $55K - $70K.
The
Financial Accountant
will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and process deposit receipts as needed
- Monitor revenue and expense activity, identifying and correcting discrepancies
- Post general ledger journal entries and maintain supporting documentation
- Reconcile account balances to supporting schedules
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements for multiple properties
- Review and calculate CAM reconciliations and review leases
- Prepare and submit draw requests in accordance with funding guidelines
- Provide ad hoc reporting, special projects, and cross-functional support as needed
The
Financial Accountant
will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1 years of experience in accounting, preferably in property management or real estate
- Strong understanding of GAAP
and accounting principles - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
