Divisional Controller (41935)
Our client is a large, global, publicly traded business services company seeking a Controller to lead process improvement, standardization, and centralization initiatives for a $2B division. This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the structure, capabilities, and long-term vision of the global controllership function.
Responsibilities:
- Drive automation initiatives and process improvements across the business
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a systems-integration plan and standardize key accounting processes
- Collaborate across the business to align financial operations with global strategic priorities
- Drive continuous improvement and change management
- Lead all divisional accounting functions
- Oversee financial close and reporting across multiple international entities
Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting, CPA strongly preferred
- 10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Background in a large, global, multi-location company
Pay Transparency Statement: The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
Salary : $250,000 - $290,000
