Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturing company in Hartford, WI with their search for an Accounts Receivable (Deductions) Specialist. This is a contract position, estimated to last 3-4 months in duration. The organization offers a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Target compensation is $24-$26 per hour, with possible flexibility based on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and resolve customer deductions
- Issue credits for approved deductions and deny/collect on invalid ones
- Review aging AR and follow-up on past-due invoices
- Support cash application
- Communicate with customers and internal teams
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of AR or deductions management experience
- Experience with ERP systems
- Intermediate Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
