The firm is expanding and seeking an experienced HOA Attorney to join a growing team providing sophisticated legal support to condominium cooperative and homeowners' association clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned practitioner who values client relations transactional work and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to community association issues governing documents and case law
- Draft legal opinions amendments to governing documents and service contract modifications with accuracy and efficiency
- Represent clients in board meetings membership meetings and enforcement matters related to governing documents
- Manage client relations while collaborating with senior attorneys on complex community association matters
Qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved law school with an active Florida Bar license in good standing
- 2 years of legal experience (HOA experience helpful but not necessary)
- Strong organizational communication and client relations skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Proficiency with legal research platforms case management systems and electronic document platforms preferred
