The firm is expanding and seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join a growing team supporting sophisticated commercial litigation matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who values substantive legal work client relations and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research case management and document review related to commercial litigation matters including discovery responses and case preparation
- Draft pleadings motions discovery requests and responses and related litigation documents with accuracy and efficiency
- Support attorneys in hearings depositions trials and mediations by preparing exhibits witness lists trial binders and case files
- Manage client communications filing deadlines docket management and coordination with court personnel while maintaining strict compliance with court rules and procedures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required (Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred)
- 2 years of paralegal experience in commercial litigation or related litigation practice areas
- Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) legal research platforms case management systems and e-filing platforms preferred
