Rare Commercial Litigation Paralegal opportunity within working directly with the Managing Partners of Litigation. It is an all-encompassing role with lots of exposure and visibility, the opportunity to get further exposure and trained on more sophisticated litigation work, and a very collegial/family oriented 9-5 environment. Seeking a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of the litigation process, from initial discovery to trial preparation, trial, post-trial proceedings, and appeals. MUST have discovery and ESI experience. Responsibilities include managing document production, organizing and maintaining case files, assisting with trial preparation, calendaring deadlines, and handling court filings. The ideal candidate will bring substantial litigation experience, preferably from a mid-sized law firm environment, with a strong understanding of litigation procedures and case management practices.
Qualifications:
- MUST have discovery and ESI experience

- Draft discovery
- Trial prep, tracking of exhibits and trial set-up
- 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- NJ efiling experience preferred
- Cite and fact checking legal briefs, confirming Bluebook citations
