We are looking for a business and corporate transactions attorney with four or more years of experience to join our team.
What the role looks like
This is a hybrid role in the real sense of the word. You will handle business and corporate transactions, including entity formation, commercial contracts, and corporate governance work, and you will also litigate. Business disputes, breach of contract, and commercial matters are part of the practice alongside the transactional side. If you have built a practice that runs both tracks and you are good at both, this role was written for you.
What we are looking for
- Four or more years of business and corporate transactions experience
- Real litigation experience, not just support work. You have handled commercial disputes and know your way around a courtroom.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills on the transactional side
- California bar admission
- A team player who fits a collaborative, low-ego environment
