A well-established, multi-practice commercial law firm is seeking a motivated Community Association Attorney to join its Morristown office. This position offers hybrid flexibility, substantive legal work, and a collaborative professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and revise community association governing documents
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
- Advise clients on board governance and election matters
- Attend board meetings and provide practical legal guidance
- Coordinate community association elections
- Prosecute and collect delinquent association accounts
- Handle litigation matters, including trial and appellate work when necessary
- Manage assigned matters independently
- Maintain responsive, client-focused communication
Qualifications
- Admission to the New Jersey or Pennsylvania Bar
- Candidates awaiting bar admission will be considered
