What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Association Attorney position at Becker?
Responsibilities will touch upon all phases of representation of our community association clients and will include: (i) drafting governing documents, (ii) contract work, (iii) attendance at board meetings, (iv) coordinating board elections, (v) prosecution and collection of delinquent association accounts; and (vi) when necessary, litigation, trial and/or appellate work.
The position will offer hybrid work flexibility and be based in Morristown. New Jersey bar admission; strong academic credentials; and demonstrated writing ability is required. A minimum of five years of experience representing community association clients is required.

The posted range is $150,000-175,000.
