What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager – Property & Administrative Operations position at TruePath Sourcing?
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations at a professional office building that's home to multiple affiliated companies and external tenants.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, resourceful, tech-savvy, and comfortable wearing multiple hats (and stylish yet comfortable shoes). You take ownership, anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and believe no reasonable task is too big or too small when it keeps the organization running smoothly.
One part of your day might be a prospective tenant tour, the next a building maintenance issue, and the next prep for an executive meeting. If you enjoy variety, take pride in a polished, professional environment, and know that small details drive big results, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Office & Building Operations
- Oversee daily office and building operations and keep the workplace professional, organized, and inviting
- Handle building maintenance, repairs, security, and access, and serve as the main contact for service providers
- Manage vendors, supplies, equipment, and shared resources
- Coordinate conference rooms, visitors, deliveries, and overall office logistics
- Review basic invoices, coordinate vendor services, and maintain administrative records
- Spot problems early, take appropriate action, and follow issues through to resolution
Tenant & Leasing Support
- Oversee available office space and support leasing to external tenants
- Respond to prospective tenant inquiries and lead office tours
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, building access, and day-to-day needs
- Keep tenant records current and track key lease dates
- Manage virtual mailbox services, including receiving, organizing, securing, and handling customer mail
People & Events
- Support multiple affiliated companies operating in the building
- Help new employees with building access and office onboarding
- Coordinate company-wide meetings, events, special projects, and office decorating
What You Bring
- Experience in office management, property administration, facilities management, executive administration, or a similar role
- Experience coordinating vendors and juggling multiple priorities
- Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through, with excellent attention to detail
- Sound judgment and the ability to work independently
- A professional demeanor with executives, employees, clients, tenants, and vendors
- Discretion with confidential information
- Good spelling, grammar, and written communication
- A consistent, stable work history

- Online vendor, purchasing, shipping, and scheduling platforms
- Printers, scanners, copiers, video conferencing, and basic tech troubleshooting

- Dependable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record

- Must pass pre-employment testing, including a background check and drug screen
Pay & Schedule
- Pay range: $48,000 – $57,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and previous level of responsibility
