About TruePath Sourcing
TruePath Sourcing is a fast-growing Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) organization that helps employers and members get affordable prescription medications. We run a fast-paced, high-volume sales center, and we're built on one thing: results.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Call Center Sales Manager who lives and breathes the numbers and knows how to get a team to hit them. You'll build the scorecard, set the targets, and then lead from the front to beat them, every day, every week, every month.
This role is for a leader who practices extreme ownership and extreme accountability. When the team wins, you give them the credit. When the team misses, you own it, find out why, and fix it fast. No excuses, no finger-pointing, just results.
What You'll Do
Drive Sales Results
- Own the sales center's revenue and production goals and deliver them consistently
- Lead a high-volume team of sales representatives to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Run high-energy huddles, sales contests, and recognition programs that create urgency and momentum
- Coach reps live on calls, on objection handling, and on closing techniques to raise conversion
- Spot underperformance early and act right away with coaching, clear expectations, and performance plans when needed
- Build a winning culture where top performers are celebrated and everyone knows where they stand
Build & Own the KPIs
- Design, implement, and refine the KPIs and scorecards that drive the sales center, including:
– Sales production and revenue
– Conversion and close rates
– Calls, talk time, and contact rates
– Call quality scores
– Customer satisfaction
– Attendance and schedule adherence
- Build dashboards and reports that give reps, leaders, and executives real-time visibility into performance
- Analyze the data daily to find gaps, trends, and opportunities, then turn insights into action plans
- Set clear, measurable goals for every rep and hold each person accountable to them
Lead & Develop the Team
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train sales talent built for a high-volume environment
- Hold regular one-on-ones, side-by-side coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Develop top reps into future team leads and supervisors
- Set the standard for urgency, discipline, and professionalism on the floor
Run the Operation
- Manage daily sales center operations, including staffing, scheduling, and call flow, for maximum productivity
- Continuously improve scripts, processes, and workflows to lift results
- Partner with executive leadership to align sales strategy with company growth goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations
Who You Are
- An extreme owner: you take full responsibility for your team's results, good or bad
- Relentlessly accountable: you hold yourself and your team to the standard every single day
- Laser focused on results and energized by targets, leaderboards, and winning
- Equally strong at building KPIs and at motivating people to hit them
- A hands-on leader who coaches on the floor, not from behind a desk
- Comfortable moving fast, making decisions with data, and adapting quickly
What You Bring
- 3–5 years leading a call center sales team or a high-volume inside sales operation
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience creating KPIs, scorecards, and performance dashboards from the ground up
- Strong command of contact center metrics, reporting tools, and CRM systems
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and retain sales talent
- Excellent communication, presence, and leadership skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, PBM, or benefits sales
- Experience scaling a sales team through rapid growth
What Success Looks Like
- The sales center consistently hits and exceeds production and revenue targets
- Every rep knows their numbers, their goals, and exactly where they stand
- Conversion rates and productivity climb quarter over quarter
- A clear KPI framework drives daily decisions across the floor
- Top talent stays, grows, and moves into leadership
