Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, service - driven leader to join our team as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and coordinating our in-field movers. This individual is also accountable to provide operational excellence, and exceptional customer service. This is a core role within TrueNorth Moving Company
Duties:
- Ability to lift 100lbs in adverse weather conditions
- Must have an active drivers license and reliable transportation
- Provide guidance and direction to team members to meet customer needs
- Administrative tasks: filling out post job reports and vehicle maintenance logs
- Manage and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide feedback on new hires and general team performance to management
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries or complaints
Qualifications:
