TrueNorth Moving has cared for the Palouse region since 2019, providing residential and commercial moving services, specialty transport, and installation work. Our crews take pride in doing the job well and treating customers and teammates with respect.
We’re looking for individuals who bring physical strength, consistency, and a service‑oriented mindset. Experience in trades, labor, agriculture, or other hands‑on work is helpful but not required.
Day -to-Day Responsibilities
- Moving, loading, and protecting household and commercial items with care
- Packing, wrapping, and securing cargo for transport
- Assembling and disassembling furniture or equipment using basic hand tools
- Following direction from the crew lead and maintaining clear communication
- Working safely and efficiently in active, physically demanding environments
You’ll be a strong match if you:
- Can lift 100 lbs repeatedly and stay productive throughout the day
- Show up reliably and take ownership of your work
- Maintain high standards without constant oversight
- Have a valid driver’s license
Schedule & Pay
- $18.50–$22.00/hr, depending on experience
- Part‑time, 5–40 hrs/week based on availability and season
- Mostly weekdays; occasional weekend shifts helpful
