Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative that is a hard-working, competitive, and self-motivated individual. They have already succeeded in similar roles and want to grow their career in our fast-paced sales organization.
Successful BDR’s can advance to a direct sales position or potentially manage a team of BDR’s.
In This Role You Will:
- Manage and develop a database of leads.
- Conduct high volume prospecting to generate qualified leads (between 40 and 60 emails and/or calls per day)
- Schedule online sales calls for assigned account executives.
- Conduct needs assessment calls with specific prospects as assigned.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Director of Sales to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans.
- Ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstration meetings.
You Must Have:
- Track record of high achievement
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Previous successful business development experience
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better.
- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.

- The technical aptitude to master our sales tools.
