FleetUp is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to help manage various Marketing activities, including lead gen and event planning. Specific duties include:
Responsibilities
- Understand FleetUp buyers – pain points, demographics, and how they buy.
- Generate leads, and strengthen brand recognition via email, advertising, press, web marketing, and/or social media.
- Lead integrated strategy for full-funnel campaigns, creating scalable, data-driven, multi-channel demand programs to achieve MQL and SQL targets.
- Create effective and compelling positioning, messaging, and sales tools to be used as market-facing presentations or collateral.
- Write content for varying initiatives to articulate key differentiators/benefits, to include marketing/sales collateral, event materials, internal communications content, press releases, web content, blogs and social media that drive consistent messaging.
- Lead event planning and execute tactical activities for major trade shows, conferences, and events, both in person and virtual.
- Provide coordination across marketing teams to align global campaigns with regional requirements
- Collaborate on creative production of online/offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production and web development, from the initial concept to finished product and promotion.
- Determine and manage program budgets
- Analyze data to monitor the success of programs and optimize activities based on data-driven findings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Communications, or Business (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
- Demonstrable experience working in a B2B technology marketing
- A proven marketing campaign manager (create plans, manage budgets, schedules, allocate resources, etc.).
- 5 – 7 years of experience, preferably in B2B software using digital and field marketing channels to build campaigns.
- Data-driven. Ability to speak to successes with respect to demand generation including the numbers behind your success.
- Demonstrated success delivering meaningful results through teams.
- Ability to collaborate with globally teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent relationship management and expectation setting skills.
- Experience working with sales teams to align sales and marketing goals. Including program updates, addressing gaps, coordinating planning with sales goals, frequent communication and accountability.
- Proficient with Google Office tools and familiar with Pardot and SFDC.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment with unending enthusiasm to get the job done.
