Trueline's client, a respected and steadily expanding commercial builder in Maine, is seeking a Project Manager to support complex commercial construction projects across the Southern Maine to Midcoast region. This role offers high visibility, ownership interaction, and the opportunity to manage projects ranging from retail fit-outs to major 75M builds.
What You'll Do as the Project Manager:
Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor coordination
Partner closely with field leadership and ownership
Lead client communication and ensure expectations are exceeded
Contribute to process improvements and potential expansion into new trade capabilities
Drive projects that continue elevating the company's commercial portfolio
Must-Haves as the Project Manager:
8 years of commercial construction project management experience
Proven success managing projects 10M or larger
Strong financial management and budgeting skills
Stable work history with demonstrated long-term commitment
Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills
Motivated, growth-oriented mindset
Nice-to-Haves as the Project Manager:
Experience with self-perform operations, particularly concrete or carpentry
Experience on complex builds exceeding 50M
Interest in contributing to strategic growth initiatives
Ability to mentor or develop younger team members
