What You'll Do as the Project Manager:
- Support senior Project Managers across estimating, pricing, and project setup
- Assist with procurement, buyout, and vendor coordination
- Help manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Track project progress using tools like Procore and Microsoft Project
- Coordinate site logistics including rentals, temporary services, and materials
- Support safety tracking, meetings, and compliance documentation
- Participate in project closeout activities including punch lists and as-builts
- Grow into managing smaller projects independently over time
Must-Haves as the Project Manager:
- 2-6 years of experience in commercial construction project management or coordination
- Experience with tenant improvement (TI), retail, or occupied renovation projects
- Strong computer skills including Excel and project management software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Stable work history (no frequent job hopping)
Nice-to-Haves as the Project Manager:
- Experience with grocery store or high-volume retail construction
- Familiarity with Procore and Microsoft Project
- Exposure to estimating or pricing workflows
- Experience working in occupied environments or night construction
