What You'll Do as the Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney:
Independently manage a full caseload from intake through settlement or trial
Handle depositions, motions, court appearances, and settlement negotiations
Work closely with expert witnesses and internal support staff to build strong, high-value cases
Apply advanced litigation strategies, including focus group feedback and trial-tested methodologies
Deliver clear, consistent communication and exceptional client care
Must-Haves as the Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney:
JD and active NY State Bar license
At least 5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
Proven ability to manage cases independently, including through trial prep
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong tech skills and experience with legal case management software
Nice-to-Haves as the Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney:
Familiarity with the Keenan Trial Institute or other advanced trial advocacy training
Prior experience using expert witnesses to maximize damages
Interest in mentoring junior attorneys or paralegals
Our Client Offers:
Base salary between $175,000 and $225,000
Profit-sharing on every case in your caseload
One-third of the attorney’s fee for any case you originate
