- Core Performance Objectives & Success Outcomes:
- Improve Equipment Reliability & Reduce Unplanned Downtime
- Lead initiatives that strengthen electrical and control system reliability, with the goal of reducing downtime trends year over year.
- Drive root‑cause analysis and corrective action implementation that permanently prevents repeat equipment failures.
- Deliver High‑Impact Engineering Projects
- Own plant electrical and control system projects from concept through completion—success measured by on‑time delivery, adherence to budget, and achievement of documented performance targets.
- Lead or support capital improvement projects that enhance safety, efficiency, automation, and system capability.
- Strengthen Safety & Compliance Performance
- Advance the plant’s electrical safety posture through execution of safety initiatives and adherence to corporate engineering standards.
- Champion NFPA 70E standards and ensure controls systems meet safety and environmental compliance expectations.
- Elevate Operational Efficiency & Process Control
- Drive optimization of PLC, HMI, DCS, and SCADA control systems to improve process stability and throughput.
- Identify performance gaps within production systems and implement engineered solutions that deliver measurable improvements.
- Lead Technical Development & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
