Rather than focusing on routine day to day tasks, this role emphasizes strategic impact, technical leadership, and results based engineering improvements that directly influence plant safety, productivity, and long term reliability.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology with a minimum of 1 year of experience in control systems engineering in a continuous and/or discrete manufacturing environment 3 years preferred
- Ability to provide solutions to projects and basic process engineering problems.
- Knowledge with Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI applications (including programming).
- Basic project management skills
- Demonstrated success managing projects up to $50k
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external engineering resources.
- Must possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated drive and initiative to complete assigned tasks and investigate and seek out improvement opportunities.
