The incumbent is required to work most days at the main office and typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the work day. The employee is regularly required to be in a stationary position, communicate, or convey; frequently required to operate or position, and to be in a stationary position, move, reach, bend or transport up to 20 pounds.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
HRIS
- Maintain records in HR system to ensure all employment requirements are met
- Partner with Sr. HR Coordinator to process all new hire entry
- Create basic employee demographic reports within HRIS
- Become HRIS super user, identify and deploy HRIS enhancements and processes
- Maintain I9 records, verify all work authorizations for incoming new hires, coordinate ID renewals with employees
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop and maintain job descriptions that accurately reflect the responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements of various positions within the organization
- Submit new hire reports monthly to California, Oregon, and Washington state departments
- Maintain active driver roster for Truebeck fleet
- Prepare progressive discipline letters on a monthly basis
- Complete verifications of employment
- Complete employer portion of unemployment, paid family leave, and disability insurance responses
- Prepare onboarding welcome packages and Swag
- Coordinate new hire paperwork completion within HRIS
- Assist with new hire orientations
- Back up for basic benefit questions
- Prepare offboarding paperwork, coordinate exit interviews, process separations within HRIS
- Administer service award program
- Administer PTO Cash out notices to eligible employees
- Assist HR team with Intern Program, attend and coordinate events, answer intern questions, build intern engagement programs
- Assist with administering career development program
- Analyze employee engagement survey feedback and make recommendations
- Support and coordinate annual wellness week
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- One to two years of human resource experience preferred
- Experience working within an HRIS is a plus
- Working knowledge of basic human resources procedures including benefits, training, staffing, and compensation preferred
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
- Excellent organization skills and strong communication skills
- A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
