POSITION OVERVIEW
The Human Resources Coordinator will touch all areas of HR, but primarily focus on the day-to-day execution of recruiting, helping deliver a smooth and organized experience for candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, clear communication and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, can-do approach. This position is onsite in our San Francisco office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Post jobs, track applicants, and maintain data.
- Assist with recruiting activities, including interview preparation and follow-up.
- Support intern program coordination and recruiting-related events.
- Coordinate relocation logistics.
- Help coordinate employee events, activities, and general office operations as needed.
- Provide support for onboarding and other HR processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
- Two (2) plus years of experience in HR preferred.
- Stellar organization, eye for detail, and follow-through.
- Process-oriented and enjoys simplifying even the most complex.
- Optimistic, with an eagerness to help others.
- Keen emotional intelligence and steadfast composure.
- Technology know-how with the ability to pick up quickly on new/unfamiliar systems.
- Solid communicator with a proactive approach to getting things done.
- Bilingual in written and spoken Spanish a strong plus.

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
