About the Role
Are you a hands-on creator who loves capturing compelling footage and shaping it into polished, high-impact stories? In this role, you'll lead the full video production process—you'll help idea, shoot, get the right lighting and wrap to edit. You'll operate Sony camera systems, design lighting setups, craft beautifully composed shots, and build clean, engaging edits that elevate the brand. If you're a detail-driven storyteller with strong technical skill and creative instinct, this opportunity is built for you.
What You'll Do
Manage video projects from ideation through final delivery, ensuring top-tier production quality.
Operate Sony cameras and lenses with expert-level proficiency.
Lead lighting setup for indoor, controlled environments to achieve consistent, professional-quality visuals.
Edit raw footage into polished, visually striking video content.
Compose compelling scenes with a strong eye for detail and storytelling.
Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and build clear, thoughtful production plans.
What You Bring
5 years of professional video production experience with a strong reel or portfolio of corporate video and storytelling; internal team experience is highly desirable.
Advanced skill operating Sony camera systems and deep understanding of lenses.
Strong lighting expertise, especially for indoor shoots.
Mastery of professional editing software with exceptional editing capabilities.
Strong visual composition skills and a demo reel highlighting indoor, controlled lighting work.
Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and a passion for producing great content.
