Position Summary
This role is responsible for writing programming code to support the manufacturing of high‑precision electronic RF components for military, defense, avionics, commercial, and instrumentation markets. The software engineer works alongside manufacturing engineers to define test systems and ultimately develop full applications for testing and manufacturing the company’s products.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop software for normal business needs using the .NET Framework in ASP.NET, WinForms, and SQL Server
- Develop software for electronic test equipment automation using the same technologies
- Interface with manufacturing engineering; offer suggestions and solutions for both hardware and software for given test systems
- Fix errors and bugs in existing code
- Make software enhancements and improvements as required
- Develop web applications to support various test and measurement systems
- Develop databases to store and retrieve electronic test results

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Proven software development abilities
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Electronics knowledge and understanding of basic measurements (V, A, dBm, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education, Experience, and Training
- Computer Science or Computer Science/Engineering degree, or equivalent experience
- Programming experience using C#, ASP.NET, WinForms, and SQL Server
- Electronics experience is required
- Experience with VB 6.0 is a plus
- Must be able to work with export‑controlled technical data (ITAR) without a license
