Role Description
This is a part-time/full-time role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at True Progress Therapy. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior analyses and applying behavior analysis principles in various settings. Key day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and monitoring client progress. The role also involves providing parent education and support to ensure the effective implementation of behavior strategies at home and in community settings.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Experience in Parent Education and providing support to families
- Knowledge of Psychology and Behavior Management techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- BCBA certification is required
- Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field
- Experience with children and adolescents is a plus
- NJ LBA License is required
