Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The BCBA will design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans, conduct behavioral assessments, and provide training and supervision to staff and families. Other responsibilities include monitoring client progress, analyzing data related to behavioral outcomes, and ensuring that treatment is aligned with the highest professional standards and ethical guidelines. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will also be an essential part of day-to-day work.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
- Ability to provide Parent Education and support caregiver goals
- Strong understanding of Psychology and Behavior Management principles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients, families, and team members
- BCBA certification and licensure in the state of New Jersey
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly individuals with autism spectrum disorder, is strongly preferred
