Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to improve social, communication, and behavioral skills in children with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide parent training and education to enhance caregiver-child interactions and promote generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of client sessions, progress, and treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education, Human Services)
- 1 years of experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- RBT certification (or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Competitive hourly rate: $23 - $27 per hour
