True North Equipment is looking for a dependable Class A CDL Driver to transport Large Ag Equipment between our dealership locations and customers across North Dakota and Minnesota. This role offers consistent hours, local routes, and the ability to be home every day.

What You’ll Do
- Safely transport equipment to/from customers and between dealership locations with and without pilot car assistance
- Operate a semi with a detachable trailer (other support vehicles as needed)
- Load, unload, and properly secure equipment (chaining, tie-downs, etc.)
- Complete daily DOT inspections and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery records, mileage logs, and required documentation
- Support the Service and Sales teams with timely deliveries and pickups
- Provide basic equipment operation guidance to customers when needed
- Maintain assigned truck and equipment in clean, safe working condition
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class A CDL with current medical card
- Clean driving record and ability to meet company driving standards
- 3 years of CDL driving experience (equipment hauling preferred)
- Experience loading/unloading heavy equipment and securing loads
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
- Familiarity with hauling oversized loads and permitting requirements to align
- Ability to work independently and represent TNE professionally
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. as needed
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends during peak seasons
- Must comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations
Work Schedule
- Off-season: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- In-season: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM & Rotational Saturdays: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- Additional overtime may be needed during peak seasons
