What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end tax client engagements, ensuring high-quality planning, compliance, and consulting deliverables
• Review complex returns and workpapers, providing clear guidance and distributing work appropriately to develop the team
• Help drive adoption of firm processes, supporting continued integration
• Partner with Assurance and other service-line leaders to deliver coordinated client service and identify opportunities to expand relationships
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
• 7 years of progressive tax accounting experience
• Licensed Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent
• Proven ability to develop staff and build consistent processes
