We're launching a new Med Spa/Rejuvenation Studio and looking for a relationship-driven professional to help build it from the ground up.
As one of our founding team members, you'll consult with patients, perform Emface® and Exion® treatments, and deliver an exceptional experience from the first consultation through treatment completion. If you have a passion for aesthetics, proven consultative sales experience, and enjoy helping people look and feel their best, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations for Emface® and Exion® treatments.
- Educate patients on treatment options, pricing, financing, and expected results.
- Build trust and confidently guide patients through the decision-making process.
- Perform Emface® and Exion® treatments according to established protocols.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience before, during, and after treatment.
- Follow up with prospective patients and maintain a full treatment schedule.
- Recommend ongoing treatment plans and support the continued growth of the Med Spa/Rejuvenation Studio.
Qualifications
Required
- Proven success in consultative sales.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build trust and lasting relationships.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations, pricing, and financing.
Preferred
- Experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare, hospitality, luxury retail, or another relationship-focused industry.
No experience with Emface® or Exion®? No problem. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
