Responsibilities:
- Perform esthetic services within your scope of practice
- Provide excellent client care and customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Build and retain clientele through exceptional service and marketing efforts
- Maintain proper sanitation and state board compliance
- Manage your own schedule and client bookings
Qualifications:
- Current Tennessee Esthetics License
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Existing clientele is a plus but not required
- Experience with facials, lashes, brows, waxing, or advanced skincare services preferred
