Job Description

The Client Advocate provides administrative and operational support to the account management team, ensuring efficient handling of insurance policies and client services. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the insurance industry while assisting with processing, documentation, and customer service tasks. The Client Advocate will work closely with Account Managers, Producers, and Underwriters to help maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth daily operations.

This position is based in either our Sandy, UT or St. George, UT office. Candidates may reside in either location.

Duties And Responsibilities Include

  • To effectively contribute to the insurance functions and procedures you will be responsible for working with the Client Service team to:
    • Maintain Certain client shared claims documentation
    • Claims Follow-Up on Certain higher profile clients
    • Oversee the completion of work from our third party processing vendor
    • Responsible for assisting team in servicing a commercial book of business
  • Daily functions will include: certain client service aspects such as proposal creation and certificate issuance
  • Monitor emails and phone inquiries to ensure timely responses.
  • Serve as a team member backup as needed
Qualifications

  • 2-4 years minimum experience in insurance industry
  • Experience managing a faster paced book within real estate industry
  • P&C license a plus - Any State
  • Knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance a plus
  • Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Insurance Software, Microsoft Office Suite and data manipulation in excel.

Compensation: ($50,000-$70,000) — final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
